According to different water supply modes, it can be divided into three types: spray type, immersion type and running water type. The structure of spray machine is shown in Figure 3.  Water flow type ice making, water flows through the ice tray from the upper part of the ice tray depending on the gravity of water, and the ice tray is installed vertically. The ice cubes produced in this way are not hard and hard, but have a large amount of ice making and high efficiency, and are suitable for occasions with a large amount of ice.

Ⅲ. Analysis of working process

There are four processes in ice making: water supply, ice making, ice removal and automatic stop when ice is full. After the power supply is turned on, the water supply valve is opened, and water enters the ice mold and the water storage tank. When the water is full and the evaporator temperature is lower than the set value of the temperature sensor, the water supply valve is closed to enter the ice making process. After being pressurized by the water pump, the water is sprayed to the ice making module through the spray nozzle, forming ice cubes and entering the deicing process. At this time, the electromagnetic valve operates, and the ice cubes fall off to the ice storage room after being heated by the ice-making module, and then enter the next ice-making cycle after de-icing. Circulate until the ice is full and stop. When the ice cubes are taken out, the ice maker automatically resumes making ice.

In addition to conventional overheat protection and high-voltage protection, the following two safety control programs are built into the single chip microcomputer of the controller to avoid damage to the main components of the ice maker: 1. If the ice making time exceeds 60 minutes, the controller will automatically start deicing, and if the ice making time exceeds 60 minutes for three consecutive times, the ice maker will stop protected. 2. If the deicing time exceeds 3.5 minutes, the ice maker controller will finish the deicing process and automatically return to the ice making state. If the deicing time exceeds 3.5 minutes for three consecutive times, the ice maker will stop.
